OF THE EARTH RETREAT

LUNAWANNA-ALONNAH/BRUNY ISLAND, TASMANIA

JAN 30—FEB 1, 2026

A WEEKEND RETREAT, NESTLED ON 1000 ACRES OF PRIVATE BUSH LAND ON BRUNY ISLAND, TASMANIA —

TO UNRAVEL YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM, RE-CONNECT TO YOUR WILD & AUTHENTIC SELF AND EMERGE FEELING DEEPLY GROUNDED IN YOUR TRUE NATURE.

This weekend retreat is a journey into the wilderness of your inner and outer ecology. Through the deep wisdom of Taoism, meditation, somatic practices, rest, yin yoga, bush-walking on the land, deep nature time, and connection — the blueprint of this retreat is designed for you to re—member your innate union with the natural world, and your sense of belonging to place and body.

This retreat is nature and body-led, and is designed to disentangle us from the belief that we are seperate from nature. Through the teachings of the 5 Element Theory (TCM) and exploring the different phases and elemental expressions of nature — we re—member ourselves home as a part of the natural world, that this human body is a microcosmic expression of the vast, macrocosmic universe.

We were never designed to be one way all of the time.

We contain multitudes.

And all parts of us belong.
