EMBODIMENT OF YIN
25 HOUR ADVANCED YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
3 DAY TRAINING IMMERSION | NOOSA, SUNSHINE COAST | AUG 14—16TH, 2026
This is your invitation to go deeper…
Held over three days, this training is a deeper dive into an embodied and trauma-aware approach to the healing practice of Yin Yoga & space-holding.
This training offers a pathway of understanding the practice of Yin as one of returning to body-based presence and listening deeply to the bodies innate wisdom. Rooted in embodiment, trauma-informed awareness, and authentic space-holding, you’ll learn an embodied approach to the practice, and how to hold space in a way that honours the intelligence of the body and the unique, lived experience of each student.
This training offers a blueprint to experience the practice of Yin as more than just ‘asana’ — as deep nervous system work and a pathway of somatic enquiry. Through experiential Yin practices, somatic exploration, nervous system education, intentional touch, and live sound journeys, this training weaves together important theory with body-based experiencing.
You’ll deepen your relationship with your own body and develop your skills to guide Yin classes that are transformative, trauma-aware, and an offering for your students to return to embodied and honest presence.
This training is for yoga teachers and practitioners who are ready to move beyond just cueing shapes — to offer Yin as a practice of truly coming home to the body and the full spectrum of our humanness.
“It's not about making people feel better. It's about teaching them how to be better at feeling. "
