ELEMENTS OF YIN

50 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

5 DAY TEACHER TRAINING IMMERSIONS | 2025 & 2026 BOOKINGS OPEN

This training is designed for all lovers of Yin! Held over 5 whole days, this immersive training is a deep dive into all things Yin Yoga and the 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Over the course of 5 days, you will immerse deeply into the world of Yin Yoga — exploring both the subtle anatomy, and the energetic alchemy of this practice, you will leave this training with an embodied understanding of the deep medicine of Yin Yoga.

This training will educate you into the empowerment of your own self-healing, and will offer you the confidence to add this practice to your offerings to share with the world. As we explore deeper the functioning of both our physical and energetic body and our understanding of the cycles of nature, we can harness our practice into being something that has an incredible capacity to heal us into a state of wholeness.

This training will give you the knowledge and confidence to get started on your Yin teaching journey, or to simply deepen into your own practice with an immersive, healing and educational experience.

I truly believe that Yin Yoga is the medicine the world needs — it is my deepest honour to be a part of the ripple effect, sharing this practice with you so it may pour out from your heart and into the whole of humanity.
